SHIPPING + PAYMENT + ETC


2018-2019 HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE

We usually ship once a week on Fridays. Our last shipping of 2018 will be on December 14. Our shop will take a month off and we will resume shipping on January 11, 2019.

PAYMENT

  • PAYPAL is currently the only payment we accept. 

  • Please double check your shipping address on PAYPAL which is the address we ship the items to.

  • If you need to ship to a different address, please notify shop@yukoart.com as soon as your order is placed. 


    SHIPPING COST

  • USA: $10 USD (2 business day)

  • Canada: $30 USD (international priority)

  • rest of the world: $45 USD (international priority. US postal shipping has gone up as of January 2016)


    SHIPPING SCHEDULE

  • all the items sold in our store ships from New York City, USA

  • we ship via US Postal Service unless otherwise requested. 

  • If you prefer FedEx for extra cost, please contact  shop@yukoart.com

  • We usually ship once a week on Fridays.
  • We post notice on the item descriptions when we are taking a week off.

    INTERNATIONAL PURCHASERS PLEASE NOTE

  • if you can't check out, it is because your country has not been added to the store yet. Please contact shop@yukoart.com  to add your country.
    Currently, we only have the countries we have shipped in past, and purchasers confirmed their postal service is reliable. 

  • It normally takes about 7-10 days for foreign shipping to arrive to your door. 

  • However, foreign shipping schedules change dramatically depending on the situation at the customs, your country's postal services, as well as the time of the year. Please order early during holiday season. 
  • Please note that the customer is responsible for any import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), and customs fees.


    WE SHIP SECURELY

  • Digital prints are shipped flat, securely and carefully packed.

  • Large format pieces are shipped in extra sturdy and extra large mailing tubes.


    RETURNS + EXCHANGES

  • All the sales are final. 

  • However, if your package has arrived damaged, or has gone missing completely, please contact shop@yukoart.com so we can send you replacements.
